Below are an example of Function menus that we have available. .We are able to modify any of these to suit any palette. Packages can also be made available with everything from linen hire and bon bons to DJs and Master of Ceremonies. Just email us below and we can send a detailed wedding brochure out to you.

Premium Wedding

$50.00 per person.

Sparkling Wine and Canapes on arrival

Entrees.

Fresh King prawn & avocado salad with mango mayonnaise.

Seared scallops on cauliflower and shallot puree.

Roasted chicken strips on crisp green beans & olives with tomato dressing.

Seared peppered beef on warm potato salad with mustard and herb vinaigrette.

Smoked chicken in traditional ceasar salad

Rigatoni pasta with cream, mushroom, white wine and basil sauce.

Main Courses

Herb crusted chicken breast with sweet potato mash, crispy bacon and pan jus.

Grilled fish fillet with buttered potato on a warm salad of green beans, pimento, basil & lemon.

Char grilled vegetables & ricotta lasagna with Napolitano sauce.

Scotch fillet with field mushrooms, roasted garlic mash potato and red wine sauce.

Roast pork fillet with potato & onion au gratin, caramelized apple and pan jus.

Lemon thyme coated lamb with char grilled baby vegetables, cous cous & minted yoghurt.

 Desserts

Baked Ricotta cheesecake with berry coulis

Steamed Chocolate pudding with chocolate sauce & clotted cream.
